Everything started out with a Refinement Workshop where we worked together to define their current system's capabilities and identifying the specific needs and desires for the new portal.
From the insights we gathered from the workshop, we crafted a strategic roadmap. This blueprint outlined the evolution of the Promotor Portal, detailing both short and long-term objectives, making sure that the new portal would be scalable and adaptable to future requirements.
During the development phase, we used Retool to bring together the portal, focusing on a clean integration architecture. We connected it with Salesforce, WordPress, and other internal systems for a one-stop information hub.
To keep the project aligned with Be•at's vision, we engaged in regular status meetings, to create an environment of transparency and ongoing feedback.
