We developed a backoffice tool that uses AI to process incoming documents and send them to your backoffice.

It retrieves emails and attached PDFs, extracts and structures the data, and presents it in an intuitive dashboard for user review.

Users can consult processed orders per client in an overview.

The intuitive platform accelerates order processing through easy-to-use actions for data extraction.

We solved this challenge by building the Playbook Editor. A tool that allows backoffice users to visualise and update panels the algorithm has detected.

Adjusting the fit of the panels is straightforward — simply tweak them to better frame your content.

If the narrative should take a new direction, the panels can easily be dragged and dropped in the right place.
